Welcome to SCG

Bryan & Susie Stearns are founders of Seasons Consulting Group.  We believe in a collaborative approach to consulting, where we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions together. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients in every season of their career and professional lives.

Susie Stearns

Greetings from SCG, a consulting firm that partners with key specialists to provide comprehensive career and professional development support services. With decades of experience working with people from all walks of life, we are confident in our ability to journey with you in whatever season you are in and support you in realizing your career and professional development goals. 


Equipped with vast experiences in public, private, for profit, non-profit, higher education and government sectors, Susie brings broad range business and human resources acumen to the consultative relationship.  Leveraging her strengths of Learner, Connectedness, Positivity, Achiever and Belief, along with spiritual gifts of Encouragement and Mercy, Susie feels uniquely qualified and thankful for this opportunity to walk with others as they navigate life's changing seasons.

Bryan Stearns

Bryan has served as an educator his entire career.  With the bulk of his career spent as a coach, English teacher and school administrator, Bryan recently concluded his full-time education leadership chapter as the Executive Director for a statewide professional education association, Professional Educators of Iowa.  Among Bryan's strengths are Belief, Learner, Analytical, Connectedness and Relator, along with gifts in Leadership & Administration.  He is passionate to serve and support all emerging and evolving professionals but is especially skilled at working with youth and professional educators.

  

Bryan enjoys 1:1 consultative relationships, but because he has found himself in leadership roles the majority of his career, he also thrives in opportunities to teach, keynote or lead professional development on a wide range of educational topics. Whatever your season, Bryan is eager to walk with you, and/or your organization, to help you discern next steps on your professional path.
